Women Dreamed Them
Sourcing vintage advertising, I composed this with my tongue in my cheek. The magazine advertising from the 50's is so colorful and so quaint in its depiction of a thoroughly idealized American lifestyle. I love the ad copy as well - I love imagining the (m)ad men sitting around in a meeting coming up with their advertising phrases... and I love imagining women dreaming about refrigerators!
